本機是(shi)為滿足目前地質、冶金(jin)、煤炭、建材、化工、核(he)工業等部(bu)門(men)實驗(yan)室(shi)碎(sui)樣間(jian)巖樣破碎(sui)而(er)設計制造的(de)一種新產(chan)品。可用于破碎(sui)各種中等硬度的(de)礦石、巖石和其它物料(liao)(liao)。破碎(sui)比大,產(chan)物粒度組成均勻,調節方(fang)便,能滿足化驗(yan)、選礦等多方(fang)面破碎(sui)的(de)要求,且(qie)接料(liao)(liao)方(fang)便,粉塵少,配有剛玉(yu)顎(e)板(ban),是(shi)一種新型的(de)無污染(ran)破碎(sui)設備(bei)。
This machine is a kind of new product designed and manufactured to crush rock samples from the crushing sample room of laboratories in sectors such as geology, metallurgy, coal, building material, chemicals, and nuclear. It allows big crushing ratio and uniform grain size of crushed products, and can be adjusted easily. It can meet crushing requirements in different aspects such as laboratory test and ore dressing. Besides, it is easy for material receiving, produces little dust, and is equipped with corundum jaw plate. It is a new kind of pollution-free crushing equipment.

三、主要結構
III. Main Structure
本機主要由靜顎、動顎、機體、偏心(xin)軸、機架(jia)、調(diao)節機構(gou)等部分(fen)組成。
This machine is composed of stationary jaw, moving jaw, body, eccentric shaft, frame, regulating mechanism, etc.
1、靜顎、動顎
1. Stationary Jaw, Moving Jaw
靜顎(e)(e)通過偏(pian)心軸固(gu)(gu)定在機(ji)體上(shang),偏(pian)心軸既起支(zhi)承作(zuo)用又起調節(jie)作(zuo)用。靜顎(e)(e)上(shang)裝有(you)固(gu)(gu)定顎(e)(e)板。動顎(e)(e)上(shang)端固(gu)(gu)連在偏(pian)心軸上(shang),下端支(zhi)承在肘板上(shang)。動顎(e)(e)上(shang)裝有(you)活動顎(e)(e)板。
The stationary jaw is fixed on the machine body through eccentric shaft. The eccentric shaft plays both supporting and regulating roles. Fixed jaw plates are installed on the stationary jaw. The top of the moving jaw is connected to the eccentric shaft while its bottom is supported on the toggle plate. Active jaw plate is installed on the moving jaw.

2. Body
機體(ti)由(you)鋼(gang)板(ban)焊(han)接而成。靜顎、動顎、左右襯板(ban),裝(zhuang)于機體(ti)內。
The body is welded one with steel plate. Stationary jaw, moving jaw, as well as left and right lining plates are installed in the body.
3、偏心軸
3. Eccentric Shaft
偏(pian)心(xin)(xin)軸兩頭通(tong)過(guo)支承(cheng)座(zuo)安(an)裝在機體上,中部偏(pian)心(xin)(xin)處安(an)有動(dong)顎,通(tong)過(guo)偏(pian)心(xin)(xin)作用帶動(dong)動(dong)顎作往復曲線運(yun)動(dong)破碎礦石(shi)。
The two ends of eccentric shaft are mounted onto the machine body through the supporting seat. Moving jaw is installed on the off-center part. Ores are crushed when the moving jaw is driven to make reciprocating curvilinear motion under the eccentric action.
4、機架
4. Frame
機(ji)架(jia)為(wei)多種型鋼焊接而成。上面裝有機(ji)體和電動機(ji),內部裝有抽屜。
The frame is welded one with multiple kinds of steel. Its top is installed machine body and motor and its inside is installed drawer.
5、調節機構
5. Regulation Mechanism
(1)靜顎的調節(jie),旋轉偏(pian)心軸,靜顎的角度(du)發生變(bian)化。兩(liang)顎間(jian)得(de)到不同(tong)的間(jian)隙(xi),從而得(de)到不同(tong)破(po)碎比的礦(kuang)樣。
(1) Adjustment of stationary jaw: Rotate the eccentric shaft and the angle of stationary jaw changes. Different gaps between two jaws are produced so that ore samples of different crushing ratios can be produced.
(2)動(dong)顎(e)的(de)調(diao)節(jie)(jie)(jie),根(gen)據不同的(de)破(po)(po)碎(sui)比要求,調(diao)節(jie)(jie)(jie)肘(zhou)板的(de)角(jiao)度(du)(du),動(dong)顎(e)的(de)運動(dong)軌跡發生變化,使破(po)(po)碎(sui)機總是處于****破(po)(po)碎(sui)狀態,保證排(pai)(pai)料粒(li)(li)度(du)(du)的(de)均(jun)(jun)勻性,肘(zhou)板向上調(diao)節(jie)(jie)(jie),兩(liang)顎(e)間排(pai)(pai)料口寬度(du)(du)增大(da)(da),產物粒(li)(li)度(du)(du)大(da)(da),產量高;肘(zhou)板向下調(diao)節(jie)(jie)(jie)。兩(liang)顎(e)間排(pai)(pai)料口寬度(du)(du)減少,產物粒(li)(li)度(du)(du)小而(er)均(jun)(jun)勻,產量低。
djustment of moving jaw: Adjust the angle of toggle plate according to different requirements for crushing ratio and the motion track of moving jaw changes, to enable the crusher to be in best crushing condition and ensure the uniformity of discharge size. When the toggle plate is adjusted upward, the width of discharge opening between the two jaws increases, the granule size is large, and the productive capacity is high. When the toggle plate is adjusted downward, the width of discharge opening between the two jaws decreases, the granule size is small and uniform, and the productive capacity is low.
調(diao)節機構在破碎(sui)機工作(zuo)時可單獨(du)調(diao)節,也可以(yi)聯合調(diao)節。
During the operation of crusher, the regulating mechanism can be regulated independently or jointly.
