XJM-S(2000)系列浮選機用于浮選-0.5mm粒級各種可浮性煤泥，也可用于浮選其他礦物，現已成為選煤用的主要浮選設備。由于具有獨特的入料方式和攪拌機構，優化的流體動力學參數和高選擇性分離設計，因此該系列浮選機具有以下特點：①獨特的：“”入料方式——“假底底吸、周邊串流”，礦漿流態合理，通過能力大，浮選速度快；②雙層傘形葉輪設計，空氣流道通暢，槽內呈“W型”礦漿流態，可有效降低功耗；③“單控點、雙系統進氣”，充氣效能高，可調范圍廣（充氣速度可調范圍在0.5-1.2m3/m2.min),可實現充氣量的‘在線'調控；④分體式定子設計，實現葉輪下吸口與吸漿管自然對中，安裝精度得到保證；⑤“浸沒式中礦箱”使礦化氣泡與排出的礦漿逆向運動，可提高分離精度；⑥粗度級的浮選效果優于同規格其他類型的浮選機（柱），對細粒級的選擇性高，可獲得優質浮選產品，精煤回收率高；⑦能耗和藥耗低，浮選機裝機及實耗功率均小于國內外同類型同規格的其他浮選機；⑧優質耐磨材料，葉輪和定子使用壽命長；⑨占地面積小，運轉可靠，操作維護方便，維護量小等優點。

XJM-S (2000) flotation machines are used for the flotation of  various floatable coal slimes with particle size of 0.5mm, or used for the flotation of other minerals.  They have now become main flotation equipment for coal dressing. As they adopt  unique feeding methods and agitating mechanism, optimized fluid dynamics  parameters and high selectivity separation design, flotation machines of such  series have the following features: ① Unique feeding method: “suction at bottom and series flow  around”; reasonable flow state of slurry, large passing capacity; and fast  flotation speed; ② Double-layer  umbrella-like impeller design, unblocked air flow passage, and “W shape” slurry  flow state in the tank which are able to effectively reduce power consumption; ③ “Single control point, double system air  induction”, high aeration efficiency, wide adjustable range (the adjustable  range of aeration rate is 0.5-1.2m3/m2.min),  realizable online regulation of aeration quantity; ④ Split-type stator design; natural centering of  impeller lower suction and sipper is realized; installation accuracy is  ensured; ⑤ “Submerged  middling box” enables mineralized bubbles and discharged slurry to move  reversely which can improve separation precision; ⑥ Flotation effects of coarse graded ones are  superior to flotation machine (column) of the same specification but other  types. Its selectivity of fine-graded ones is high and superior flotation  production can be obtained. The clean coal recovery rate is high. ⑦ Its energy consumption and reagent consumption  are low. The installation power and actual power consumption of flotation  machine are both smaller than those of other flotation machines of the same  type and the same specification at home and abroad. ⑧ Superior  abrasion resistant materials and long service lives of impellers and stators; ⑨ Small occupied area, reliable operation, easy  for operation and maintenance, less maintenance, etc.
