CGYS系(xi)列(lie)圓筒隔渣篩(shai)(shai)適用于濃度(du)小于50%的(de)礦(kuang)漿中粗顆(ke)粒及草屑(xie)等(deng)雜質(zhi)的(de)篩(shai)(shai)分,是為CGYS磁選機(ji)配(pei)套設計(ji)的(de)隔渣裝置,可有效防止磁選機(ji)磁介質(zhi)堵(du)塞(sai)。本圓筒篩(shai)(shai)也適用于煤(mei)炭、冶煉、建(jian)材、化工等(deng)其它行業需要除渣的(de)地方。
本系(xi)列圓筒隔(ge)渣篩(shai)具有處(chu)理量大,占地小,對給礦粒度、濃度的(de)波動適應性強(qiang),運動部件磨損(sun)小、故障(zhang)率(lv)低,工作可靠(kao)、操作維護簡便(bian)等(deng)優點。
CGYS系(xi)列圓筒篩的結構如圖1所示,它主要由不(bu)銹鋼篩網、提渣板、沖洗水管、收(shou)渣斗(dou)(dou)、進漿(jiang)排渣管、傳動機構和接(jie)礦斗(dou)(dou)組成。
CGYS rotary screens are suitable for screening out coarse particles from slurry, which feed density (solids) is less than 50%. It was designed as support equipment for CGYS Magnetic Separator to remove coarse grains and it is quite efficient for preventing the matrix of CGYS machine from clog. This screen can also be used in many other industries such as coal industry, smelting industry, building industry and chemical industry where need removing coarse-grained material.
This range of rotary screens has the advantages of large capacity, taking up small space, adaptability for fluctuation of feeding grain size and feed density (solids), reliable working and easy operation and maintenance.
The structure of CGYS Rotary Screen consists chiefly of stainless steel sieve, baffle plates, flushing water pipe, coarse-grain collect chute, feeding pipe, transmission mechanism and fine-grain collect chute as shown in Fig.1

工作時(shi),裝配篩網的圓筒在傳動(dong)機(ji)構的驅動(dong)下旋轉,礦(kuang)漿(jiang)(jiang)從進漿(jiang)(jiang)排渣管的左下部(bu)給(gei)入到篩網的圓周上。細粒礦(kuang)物(wu)和水(shui)穿(chuan)過篩網落入到接礦(kuang)斗,沿管道(dao)自流至(zhi)(zhi)下一道(dao)工藝。粗粒部(bu)分(fen)被(bei)提(ti)(ti)渣板提(ti)(ti)至(zhi)(zhi)頂部(bu)被(bei)沖洗水(shui)沖入收渣斗排走(zou)。
The cylinder with sieve that is driven by the transmission mechanism rotates when the machine is in operation. Ore pulp is fed onto the cylinder sieve through feeding pipe. The fine grains and water pass through the sieve and are collected by fine-grain collect chute for next process stage. At the same time the coarse grains deposit on the sieve and are lifted to the top by baffle plates in the cylinder and then be flushed down into the coarse-grain collect chute by water
