CGZL80組(zu)(zu)(zu)合式擦洗圓筒篩——振動溜槽洗選(xuan)機(ji)組(zu)(zu)(zu)是在我廠(chang)多年(nian)生產(chan)固定溜槽系列產(chan)品基礎上研(yan)制(zhi)的(de)。幾年(nian)來,我院、廠(chang)工程技術人員到(dao)國內(nei)外各大金(jin)(jin)(jin)礦認真考察(cha)調研(yan),虛心聽取用戶(hu)意(yi)見(jian)和(he)(he)(he)要求,結合地質金(jin)(jin)(jin)礦不同的(de)特(te)征,礦砂(sha)(sha)粘性(xing)大小,針對處(chu)理(li)砂(sha)(sha)金(jin)(jin)(jin)原生礦和(he)(he)(he)大量的(de)尾砂(sha)(sha),回(hui)(hui)(hui)收(shou)微(wei)粒和(he)(he)(he)毛(mao)(mao)(mao)毛(mao)(mao)(mao)金(jin)(jin)(jin),進一步(bu)提(ti)高采金(jin)(jin)(jin)回(hui)(hui)(hui)收(shou)率進行設計制(zhi)造。經(jing)過國內(nei)外各大用戶(hu)的(de)使有證明該(gai)機(ji)組(zu)(zu)(zu)礦砂(sha)(sha)處(chu)理(li)量大,洗凈度(du)高,采金(jin)(jin)(jin)回(hui)(hui)(hui)收(shou)率高,不但能回(hui)(hui)(hui)收(shou)粒狀和(he)(he)(he)片狀金(jin)(jin)(jin),還可以收(shou)回(hui)(hui)(hui)微(wei)粒和(he)(he)(he)毛(mao)(mao)(mao)毛(mao)(mao)(mao)金(jin)(jin)(jin),是目前國內(nei)外比(bi)較先(xian)進、適用性(xing)強的(de)砂(sha)(sha)金(jin)(jin)(jin)選(xuan)礦設備(bei),該(gai)機(ji)組(zu)(zu)(zu)具有以下特(te)點:

CGZL80,40Combinational Scrubbing Drum Screen-Vibrating Sluice Washing Separation Machine unit is developed based on our factory many years’ production of stationary sluice series of products. In the recent years, technicians from our Institute and factory have made visits to the major gold mines at home and abroad for study and investigation. The unit is designed and manufactured after soliciting opinions and demands from users, in line with the properties of geological gold ores and viscosity of ore sand and in response to treatment of placer gold crude ore and massive sand tailings, recovery of fine particles and slight gold and further improvement of gold recovery rate. The applications by the major users at home and abroad showed that the unit could handle great amount of ore sand,with high washing cleanliness and gold recovery rate. The unit can recover not only granular gold and platy gold but also fine grained cold and slight gold and is considered as relatively advanced and strongly adaptable placer gold separation equipment with its features described as follows:
1. Rational structure in design with high strength and convenient dismounting, easy for transport and transfer.
2. Large mineral sand handling capacity up to ≤ 100m3/h
3. High mineral sand washing cleanliness, suitable for washing separation of placer gold with great viscosity.
4. High recovery rate of gold mining; The unit has a vibrating sluice with the undersized mineral sand materials in sluice being always kept floating, which allows placer gold to have more chance to settle in cracks of felt so as to recover granular and platy gold as well as slight gold of fine grain of 0.02mm and below. As a result, the recovery rate of gold mining is expected to be very high and recovery rate of feed will be up to 95 % and above.
5. The unit with strong adaptability will have good mineral processing results for either primary ore or sand tailings in whatever geological structure and in operation at any gold mine, and also can be applied in production in the gold mines with insufficiency and shortage of water supply.
6. Less water consumption, lower energy consumption, fewer labor requirement and less investments cost.
