盤式離心選金機屬重選設備,機器主體是一個鍋狀園盤,由中空軸支撐和動力帶動旋轉。礦漿經砂泵輸送到選盤中心處,礦粒同時受到重力和慣性離心力作用。在礦粒沿盤面中心向上運動的過程中,當角度大于450時,沿(yan)坡度方向離心(xin)力(li)(li)分力(li)(li)逐(zhu)漸(jian)(jian)變(bian)小,重力(li)(li)分力(li)(li)逐(zhu)漸(jian)(jian)增大,當上升到(dao)某一高度時,二力(li)(li)達到(dao)平(ping)衡,在平(ping)衡點附近(jin)容易形成重砂沉積層。尾礦從盤(pan)上部邊緣(yuan)排出,精(jing)礦在停止給礦后(停機)加水沖洗由中(zhong)空軸排出。
本(ben)機(ji)(ji)器(qi)主(zhu)體結構參照澳大利亞礦(kuang)產公(gong)司克努森KNUDSEN淘金(jin)(jin)技術參數,主(zhu)要淘洗(xi) -4mm以(yi)下(xia)沙(sha)金(jin)(jin),可回(hui)收15um以(yi)上的自然金(jin)(jin)粒,操(cao)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)時,中心內孔用塞(sai)封堵,定期排發收集。工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)時邊加礦(kuang)邊加水,可間(jian)斷作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)業(ye)(ye)或(huo)連續作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)業(ye)(ye)。旋(xuan)轉方向為(wei)逆時針轉(見示意(yi)箭頭)。轉速為(wei)70-110r·p·m。礦(kuang)漿固液(ye)比為(wei)1/4-2/3。本(ben)機(ji)(ji)器(qi)可單(dan)機(ji)(ji)電(dian)動作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)業(ye)(ye),多臺組合作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)業(ye)(ye)或(huo)腳踏式(無電(dian)源時)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)業(ye)(ye)。

1、據電機接盒上示意圖(tu)接線,確定轉盤工作方向(逆(ni)向針轉)。
2、接通電源試車,無異常聲音,即可(ke)加入礦(kuang)料(liao)工作,定期排放收集精礦(kuang)。
3、每工作十天,定期(qi)給減速器注(zhu)入機油。詳見注(zhu)油孔及油位。
4、嚴防電(dian)機周圍礦漿或水分滲透入(ru)。
Tray Type Centrifugal Gold Separation Machine as heavy medium separation appliance, is supported with hollow shaft and driven by power, with its major part being of cauldron disk. Slurry is transferred via slurry pump to the separation disk center where ore grains are acted by both gravity and inertial centrifuging force. During the course of movement by the ore grains upwards along the center of disk surface, when angle is greater than 45 degrees, the centrifugal component force in the direction of slope will gradually decrease while gravity component force will gradually increase. When it is up to a certain level, the two forces will reach balance, and near the point of balance easily develops a heavy mineral sediment layer. Tailings are discharged from edge at the upper disk, and concentrates after stop of feeding ( shut-down), are washed with water before being drained by hollow shaft.
The major structure of the machine follows the technical data about gold washing from KNUDSEN, Australian mining company. The machine is primarily applied for washing and separating placer gold at a size of minus 4mm and is capable of recovering natural gold grains at sizes of over 15 um. In operation, inner hole of the center is blocked using plug with its drainage and collection at a regular basis. It can be operated intermittently or continuously, with the ore feeding and water adding simultaneously. The rotation direction is anti-clock( as indicated by arrow) at a speed of 70-110 r/pm. Ratio between solid and liquid for slurry is 1/4-2/3. The machine can be operated by power individually and multi-machines also can be operational in a combined or pedal manner ( without power supply ).

1. Make wiring as indicated in the Junction Box of motor and define the working direction of the disk
2. Energize for commissioning, add ore feed when no abnormal noise is heard, and discharge and reclaim concentrates regularly.
3. Add engine oil to speed reducer periodically at an interval of every 10 days as per oil injection hole and oil level.
4. Prevent motor from being infiltrated by its surrounding slurry or water moisture.
