旁動隔膜跳汰(tai)機(ji),基本由Denver型(xing)跳汰(tai)機(ji)改制(zhi)而成(cheng)。其(qi)床層比較穩(wen)定(ding),選(xuan)別效果較好,隔膜與傳動裝置在跳汰(tai)機(ji)定(ding)一側(ce),維修方便,但其(qi)占地面積和設備重量都比相(xiang)同篩面規格的(de)(de)其(qi)他跳汰(tai)機(ji)大,動力消(xiao)耗出略高,多用粗選(xuan)及(ji)精選(xuan)作(zuo)業(ye),適宜的(de)(de)分(fen)選(xuan)粒(li)度為12 -0.1mm,廣泛(fan)用于選(xuan)別、金、銀、鎢、錫(xi)、鉛、鋅、錳(meng)、鐵等重金屬(shu)礦。

Compartment  side way action type jigs are mostly transformed from Denver jigs. Their beds are stable and  sorting effects are good. The dissepiment and transmission mechanism are at one  side of the jig and is thus easy for maintenance. However, its occupying area  and weight of equipment are larger than other jigs with the same sifter  specification. Its power consumption is slightly higher. Such equipment is  often used for fine screening and coarse screening. Its suitable separation  size is 12-0.1mm. It is  widely used to sort heavy metal ores such as gold ores, silver ores, tungsten  ores, tin ores, lead ores, zinc ores, manganese ores, and iron ores.

The  dissepiment of below pulsating jig lies between the jig tank conic part and  movable cones. Therefore, the power consumption is low and heavy products are  discharged smoothly. The disadvantage is the looseness of the bed is poor. When  wide ores are selected, the recycle of the coarse grains are poor.

一、結構
 I. Structure

LTA-55/2型矩形跳汰機由機架部(bu)分(fen)(fen)、箱體部(bu)分(fen)(fen)、篩網部(bu)分(fen)(fen)和傳動部(bu)分(fen)(fen)組(zu)成。

LTA-55/2  rectangular jigs are composed of frame, box, screen mesh and transmission part.

1、機(ji)架部(bu)分(fen)是連接箱體(ti)(ti)部(bu)分(fen)和傳動(dong)(dong)部(bu)載體(ti)(ti),箱體(ti)(ti)和傳動(dong)(dong)部(bu)分(fen)靠螺(luo)栓(shuan)與(yu)之連接,傳動(dong)(dong)部(bu)分(fen)的搖框轉(zhuan)動(dong)(dong)軸也在(zai)其上(shang)固定。

1.  Frame is the carrier to link the box ① and the transmission part ②. The box and transmission parts are connected  through bolts. The frame rotation shaft ④ of the transmission part is also fixed on it.

2、箱(xiang)體(ti)部分(fen)(fen)分(fen)(fen)上箱(xiang)體(ti)和(he)下動(dong)錐,上箱(xiang)體(ti)與(yu)機架相連(lian)接(jie),而下動(dong)錐則(ze)與(yu)傳(chuan)動(dong)部分(fen)(fen)的(de)搖框相連(lian)接(jie),上箱(xiang)體(ti)內部有篩(shai)網部分(fen)(fen)在其中(zhong)固定。

2.  The box is divided into the upper box body and the lower movable cone ⑤. The upper box body is connected to the frame  while the lower movable cone is connected with the vibrating frame③ of transmission part. Inside the upper box  body, the screen mesh ⑥ is fixed.

3.  Screen mesh: The screen mesh is fixed inside the upper box body. It is composed  of upper and lower screen frame, screen mesh and presser foot of pressing  screen frame.

4、傳動(dong)(dong)部分,傳動(dong)(dong)部分由電動(dong)(dong)機(ji)、偏心(xin)調動(dong)(dong)機(ji)構、連(lian)桿(gan)、搖框和搖框轉動(dong)(dong)軸組成。

LTA-55/2  rectangular jigs are upper movable double chambers jigs which drive the  rotation of belt pulley on the eccentric bearings by the motor. The general  bearing of eccentric bearings produces eccentric movement after the adjustment  of regulating mechanism, so as to bring along alternating motion of connection  rod. The other end of the connecting rod is fixed onto the rotating axes of  vibrating frame. There is one supporting point in the center of the vibrating  frame connected to the frame so as to get the vibrating frame to make up and  down alternating movement around the supporting point. The lower movable cone  fixed on the vibrating frame also makes up and down alternating movement so as  to extrude the water flow in the tank to rise and fall. The rising and falling  water flow passes through the screen mesh, impacts the bed stone on the sifter  as well as generates projectile motion. The materials are fed at the inlet  mouth. The minerals fall at different rates due to different specific gravity  during the falling process so as to be naturally layered. The light minerals go  into the lower cone through the bed and are discharged from the concentrate  discharge mouth so as to finish jigging process.

三、操作對選礦的影響

跳(tiao)汰選礦中,合理的操作是獲得良好分選效果的重要(yao)保證。影響跳(tiao)汰效果的主要(yao)因素有:

During  jigging, reasonable operation is important guarantee to achieve good jig  sorting effects. The main factors that affect jigging effects include:

1、沖程和沖次

1.  Stroke and Jig Frequency

沖(chong)程(cheng)和(he)沖(chong)次(ci)決定(ding)水(shui)流速(su)度和(he)加(jia)速(su)度,影(ying)響床層(ceng)的(de)松(song)散和(he)水(shui)流對(dui)(dui)礦粒的(de)作用,對(dui)(dui)于不(bu)同性質的(de)礦料根據不(bu)同的(de)選(xuan)別(bie)要求,采用不(bu)同的(de)沖(chong)程(cheng)、沖(chong)次(ci)。

Stroke  and jig frequency decide water flow velocity and accelerated speed as well as  influence the effects that looseness of bed and water flow have on ore grains.  Different strokes and jig frequency are adopted for different natures of  mineral aggregate according to different sorting requirements.

大沖(chong)程和小沖(chong)次(ci)適用于處理粗粒礦石。

Big stroke and small jig frequency apply to the treatment of  coarse-grained ores.

小(xiao)沖(chong)(chong)程和沖(chong)(chong)次的選(xuan)擇不是絕對的,與很多(duo)因素有(you)關,因此選(xuan)用沖(chong)(chong)程、沖(chong)(chong)次有(you)幾種供(gong)參考:

There is no absolute standard for the selection of small stroke  and jig frequency. Many factors shall be taken into consideration. There are  several reference standards for the selection of stroke and jig frequency.

粒度粗,比重(zhong)大(da),需要大(da)沖程;

Large strokes are needed in case of coarse grain and big specific  gravity;

處(chu)理量大,床(chuang)層厚(hou),需要大沖(chong)程(cheng);

Large strokes are needed in case of large handling capacity and  thick bed;

篩下補加水小,需(xu)要大沖(chong)程

Large strokes are needed in case of little undersized  supplementary water;

沖程系數小,需要(yao)大沖程;

Large strokes are needed in case of small stroke coefficient;

處理(li)寬度級別(bie)物料時,增(zeng)大沖程,減小沖次(ci)。

2. Undersized Supplementary Water

篩下補(bu)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)水(shui)是減(jian)弱(ruo)下降水(shui)流(liu)對礦物(wu)的(de)吸入作用(yong),提高精礦質量,增加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)上升(sheng)水(shui)流(liu),增強床(chuang)(chuang)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)松(song)散(san)度,有利于礦層(ceng)(ceng)按比(bi)重分層(ceng)(ceng)。補(bu)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)水(shui)量隨給礦負荷(he)、物(wu)料(liao)粒度、比(bi)重、厚(hou)度或床(chuang)(chuang)層(ceng)(ceng)松(song)散(san)度的(de)不(bu)同而相對變化,一(yi)般物(wu)料(liao)負荷(he)大(da),粒度粗,比(bi)重大(da),物(wu)料(liao)厚(hou)度,床(chuang)(chuang)層(ceng)(ceng)過(guo)緊,采(cai)用(yong)補(bu)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)水(shui)量大(da),反(fan)之。補(bu)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)水(shui)量小。選用(yong)寬級別物(wu)料(liao)時(shi),必(bi)須采(cai)用(yong)小補(bu)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)水(shui)量。

Undersized supplementary water weakens the suction effects of  descending water flow on minerals, improves the quality of concentrate,  increases ascending water flow, strengthens the looseness of bed, and is  favorable for minerals to be layered according to specific gravity. The amount  of supplementary water changes with the difference of feeding load, material  particle size, specific gravity, thickness and looseness of bed. Generally, if  materials have large load, coarse particle size, large specific gravity, large  material thickness, and tight bed, large amount of supplementary water shall be  adopted. Otherwise, small amount of supplementary water shall be adopted.  During the selection of width level materials, small amount of supplementary  water must be adopted.

床(chuang)層的(de)作用是以控制它的(de)厚度來調節(jie)精礦(kuang)(kuang)的(de)質(zhi)量(liang)(liang)和數量(liang)(liang),床(chuang)層越(yue)厚,礦(kuang)(kuang)粒越(yue)難透過,分選(xuan)時間長,可以提高精礦(kuang)(kuang)質(zhi)量(liang)(liang),當入(ru)選(xuan)物料比重差較大,或(huo)提高回收(shou)率時床(chuang)層宜薄(bo)些,否則床(chuang)層宜厚些。

The function of bed is to, through the control of its thickness,  adjust the quality and quantity of concentrate. The thicker the bed is, the  more difficult it is for the ore gains to be permeated. The sorting time is  long and the quality of concentrate can be improved. The bed is ideally thin  when the specific gravity difference of selected materials is large or the  recovery rate needs to be improved. Otherwise, the bed shall be thick.

人工床(chuang)層(ceng)(ceng)的床(chuang)石比(bi)重(zhong)按入(ru)選礦(kuang)石的比(bi)重(zhong)來定,一(yi)般與精(jing)礦(kuang)比(bi)重(zhong)相接(jie)近較(jiao)合適(shi)。比(bi)重(zhong)大(da)(da)不宜(yi)被上升(sheng)水流沖散。反(fan)之不能再成層(ceng)(ceng)。床(chuang)石粒度(du)大(da)(da),精(jing)礦(kuang)品位(wei)低,回收率高。反(fan)之,精(jing)礦(kuang)品位(wei)高,回收率低。一(yi)般床(chuang)石粒度(du)為精(jing)礦(kuang)粒度(du)的3到5倍。

The specific gravity of the bed stone for the artificial bed  depends on the specific gravity of the selected ores. Generally it is  appropriate when it is close to the specific gravity of concentrate. If the  specific gravity is large, it is not easily dispersed by the ascending water flow.  Otherwise, layer can not be formed any longer. The particle size of bed stone  is large; the grade of concentrate is low; and the recovery rate is high.  Otherwise, the grade of concentrate is high and the recovery rate is low. In  most cases, the particle size of bed stone is three to five times as large as  the particle size of concentrate.

It is one of the factors that determine the velocity of horizontal  flow for selected materials during the jigging process. If the concentration is  small, the flow rate is large, materials can not be fully jigged, and the  recovery rate reduces.

處(chu)理量(liang)過大,導致礦(kuang)物(wu)流失,過小精(jing)礦(kuang)品位降低,入選礦(kuang)物(wu)的粒(li)度(du)越(yue)細(xi),可選性(xing)越(yue)好,水平流動越(yue)強,重礦(kuang)粒(li)度(du)下降速度(du)越(yue)快,處(chu)理能力(li)越(yue)大,反之(zhi)就越(yue)小。

Too large handling capacity leads to loss of minerals and grade  decrease of too small concentrate. The finer the particle size of selected  ores, the better their washability is, the stronger the horizontal flow is, the  faster the descending speed of mineral particle size is, and the larger the  handling capacity is. Otherwise, the smaller it is.

側動隔膜跳汰機(ji)有(you)側動外(wai)隔膜和側動內隔膜之分(fen),外(wai)隔膜跳汰機(ji)又(you)有(you)梯形(xing)和矩形(xing)之分(fen),梯形(xing)跳汰機(ji)是一種新型(xing)側動隔膜跳汰機(ji),截(jie)面為(wei)梯形(xing),沿礦(kuang)流(liu)方向(xiang)由窄(zhai)變寬,礦(kuang)漿流(liu)速漸減緩,有(you)利于(yu)(yu)細粒重礦(kuang)物的(de)回收;全機(ji)由八個跳汰室組成(cheng)(cheng),分(fen)成(cheng)(cheng)兩列(lie),每(mei)列(lie)四(si)室,各室的(de)沖程、沖可(ke)單獨(du)調節,組成(cheng)(cheng)不同(tong)的(de)跳汰制度(du);結構制度(du)為(wei)可(ke)拆式,便于(yu)(yu)運輸與搬遷;結構簡單,維修方便,運轉可(ke)靠。廣泛用于(yu)(yu)選別、金(jin)、銀、鎢、錫、鉛、鋅、錳、鐵(tie)等重金(jin)屬礦(kuang),給礦(kuang)粒度(du)范圍為(wei)10 -0.2mm。

Side  way action type diaphragm jigs are classified into side way action type  external diaphragm jigs and side way action type internal diaphragm jigs.  External diaphragm jigs are then divided into trapezoidal external diaphragm  jigs and rectangular diaphragm jigs. Trapezoidal jigs are a kind of new side  way action type diaphragm jig. Their cross sections are trapezoids which become  wider along the direction of mineral flow: The flow velocity of slurry becomes  gradually smaller which is favorable for the recycle of fine-grained ores. The  whole machine is composed of eight jigging rooms in two rows, four rooms in  each row. The stroke and jig frequency of each room can be adjusted independently  to form different jigging system. The structure is of detachable, easy for  transportation and moving. The structure is simple, easy for maintenance and  reliable for operation. This type of equipment is widely used to sort heavy  metal ores such as gold ores, silver ores, tungsten ores, tin ores, lead ores,  zinc ores, manganese ores, and iron ores. The range of feed particle size is 10-0.2mm.

AM-30  coarse side way action type jigs are similar to double row side way action  rectangular jigs. They are specially used to treat coarse-grained ores. The  maximum particle size of selected ores is 30mm and the stroke is 50-0mm.  For the double row side way action rectangular jigs, the maximum particle size  of selected ores is 50-70mm  and the stroke is 100-0mm.  At present the use of such jigs (coarse slide way action type jigs) are being  promoted. They are widely used to sort heavy metal ores such as gold ores,  silver ores, tungsten ores, tin ores, lead ores, zinc ores, manganese ores, and  iron ores.
