螺(luo)旋(xuan)(xuan)溜槽(cao)(cao)(cao)是根據有(you)用礦(kuang)(kuang)物與(yu)脈石(shi)礦(kuang)(kuang)物在比重、粒(li)度、形(xing)狀上的差異(yi)，在螺(luo)旋(xuan)(xuan)的斜面產(chan)生礦(kuang)(kuang)漿(jiang)動感(gan)的離心(xin)(xin)流(liu)膜，在重力(li)(li)(li)(li)和(he)離心(xin)(xin)力(li)(li)(li)(li)的綜合力(li)(li)(li)(li)場中(zhong)，利用不同顆粒(li)所受重力(li)(li)(li)(li)、水(shui)動壓力(li)(li)(li)(li)和(he)摩擦力(li)(li)(li)(li)，實(shi)現有(you)用礦(kuang)(kuang)物與(yu)脈石(shi)分選的。螺(luo)旋(xuan)(xuan)槽(cao)(cao)(cao)中(zhong)的水(shui)動除作(zuo)(zuo)向下(xia)(xia)的螺(luo)旋(xuan)(xuan)運動外，還作(zuo)(zuo)橫向的循(xun)環(huan)流(liu)動。上層水(shui)流(liu)流(liu)速快(kuai)(kuai)，產(chan)生較大慣性離心(xin)(xin)力(li)(li)(li)(li)，甩向槽(cao)(cao)(cao)的外緣(yuan)。與(yu)槽(cao)(cao)(cao)底相鄰的下(xia)(xia)層水(shui)流(liu)回(hui)轉速度慢(man)，離心(xin)(xin)力(li)(li)(li)(li)小，在重力(li)(li)(li)(li)作(zuo)(zuo)用下(xia)(xia)從外緣(yuan)流(liu)向內緣(yuan)，產(chan)生二次回(hui)流(liu)。礦(kuang)(kuang)漿(jiang)中(zhong)的重礦(kuang)(kuang)粒(li)沉降(jiang)快(kuai)(kuai)，沿收斂的螺(luo)旋(xuan)(xuan)線(xian)逐漸移(yi)向內緣(yuan)，最(zui)后以精礦(kuang)(kuang)形(xing)式產(chan)生。輕礦(kuang)(kuang)物沉降(jiang)慢(man)，處(chu)于礦(kuang)(kuang)流(liu)表層，流(liu)速快(kuai)(kuai)，離心(xin)(xin)力(li)(li)(li)(li)大，在橫向環(huan)流(liu)作(zuo)(zuo)用下(xia)(xia)，沿擴漸的螺(luo)旋(xuan)(xuan)線(xian)逐漸移(yi)向外緣(yuan)，最(zui)后以尾礦(kuang)(kuang)形(xing)式產(chan)出。

Laboratory BLL Glass Fibre Reinforced Plastic Spiral Chute is applicable for separation of fine-grained ( including micro-grained ) metallic minerals such as iron, ilmenite ,chromite, tungsten-tin ore, niobium-tantalum ore, gold placer,  seashore monazite,  rutile and zircon as well as other metallic and non-metallic minerals with adequate difference of specific gravity. The product is made by the only manufacturer designated by the former Ministry of Geology and Mineral Resources, in compliance with the Industrial standards.

Spiral Chute is to make separations of useful minerals from gangues by use of the different particles subject to gravity, hydraulic pressure and friction in the multi-force field through dynamic centrifugal flowing membrane of slurry produced on the inclined surface of spiral based on the differences of useful mineral and gangue in specific gravity, particle size and shape. Water in the spiral chute runs downward spiral movement and also flows in circulation transversely. Water in the upper layer run fast, generating centrifugal force with large inertia to toss toward the outer edge of the chute. Back-flow of water in the lower layer adjacent to the chute bootom runs slowly with small centrifugal force and flows from the outer edge to the inner edge with the action of gravity, generating secondary back-flow. Particles of heavy minerals in slurry settle rapidly and gradually moves toward the inner edge along the converged helix prior to finally being produced as concentrate. Light minerals settle slowly and flow fast in the surface layer of ore flow with large centrifugal force and gradually move toward the outer edge along the expanding helix before finally being produced as tailings.
